What will you do?

  • Estoppels.com is one of PropLogix growing brands. It helps give HOA’s and management companies more control over all their documents within the closing process.
  • This position will have a day-to-day responsibility of finding new potential clients, presenting the Estoppels.com solution, and getting them on-board and using the platform.
  • The best candidate for this position will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals with experience in prospecting, providing client demos, and closing deals.


When will I work?

This is a full-time remote position in the state of Texas. Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel required: 50%.

Essential Functions

The Account Executive will need excellent prospecting, communication, and presentation skills, along with persistence, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment as well as onsite with potential clients.

  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Make daily calls to potential clients to invite them to a free product demonstration
  • Utilize the existing database for email marketing and digital email campaigns
  • Make onsite visits to potential clients providing product demonstrations
  • Participate in the on-boarding of any new client that the account executive brings on as a client
  • Gather any and all information needed from new clients to get them successfully onboarded
  • Assist new clients with their desired setup needs as well as placing their first order
  • Deliver a dynamic and powerful presentation by internalizing our proven demonstration format
  • Keep prospecting details up to date in company contact CRM
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
  • Generate weekly sales plan/report each week for management to review


Starting Pay Rate: $60-$80k, dependings on experience

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED , Required
  • Bachelors Degree, Plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills


Travel

There will be travel opportunities to assist with on-boarding, sales presentations & trade shows. Travel required: 50%
