Account Executive - Saas Sales

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to drive the customer acquisition and adoption of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for converting and closing new leads and trials into long-term clients. As part of the process, you will take them through the onboarding process and be their knowledgeable and helpful champion so that they see Expandly as easy to do business with. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships throughout the process.


Expandly is a SaaS platform that helps SME e-commerce retailers sell more across more sales channels, save time and make more profit. With a focus on Amazon, Ebay, Wish and Etsy as the large sales channels, and integration into more than 35 web shopping carts, Expandly enables unified listing, order and inventory management, accounting integration and deep insight and analytics. The combination of these features and their ability to solve many customer pain points means that Expandly stands out from the crowd.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record in SaaS
  • Experience of e-commerce retail channels a major plus
  • Experience in onboarding leads and free-trial sign ups to demonstrate value quickly is a must
  • Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Hunger to close deals that add value
  • Quick learner and adaptable
