Campaign Coordinator

We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our Ad Operations Team; responsible for the day-to-day execution of our paid email marketing solution, Bandsintown Promoter. This role involves the creation, scheduling, deployment, and reporting of email materials on behalf of concert and festival promoters, venues and record labels.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has some initial experience using an Email Service Provider (ESP) to manage email campaigns. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the music and tech industry, and wants to acquire digital marketing skills.

Requirements

  • Execute high volume of email campaigns with large reach
  • Help ad operations team to streamline processes to increase productivity
  • Present recommendations based on statistical results and consumer feedback
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients and sales team


Qualifications:

  • Understanding of email marketing best practices
  • HTML skills, experience with email marketing is definitely a plus
  • Image editing software skills (Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of internet products and relevant specs, guidelines, ad performance
  • Team player capable of working in a fast paced startup environment
  • Great communication skills and ability to write promotional and editorial copy
  • Fast learner, ability to adapt
  • Passion for music and concerts
  • Good eye for design
