ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you sick of the 150 cover dinner service? The hustle and bustle of plate and pass?
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate, high quality Chef to join the Outback Spirit team and work in creating and delivering the highest standard for food for our guests.
The role operates living remotely for the season (May to September) on site in our staff camp – with small max numbers of guests per wilderness camp, you have the time to apply your craft and make beautiful food. Importantly, you will have a love of the outdoors and living remotely within a tight-knit team! You will also have the opportunity to unleash your creativity in developing new and unique menu offerings.
