Customer Relationship Coordinator

Calling all Super Stars: We are a fast-growing company operating New York's leading children´s program and are looking for a bright and personable customer relationship coordinator to join our already stellar team.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with our sales team to book custom classes for clients
• Managing logistics of each custom class, from providing welcome material, to schedule adjustments, to communication of changes, to rebooking for a new season
• Providing friendly and efficient communication with customers: relaying information, answering questions, registering children for classes
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure fantastic customer service and a positive experience
• Providing general operational support to Regional Manager to ensure customer satisfaction across all programming

Work Location:

• This role will be conducted remotely

Work Hours:

• This is a Seasonal/Project Based Position, with approximate duration mid-March through end of June
• This position will require 40 hour per week commitment
• This position requires work on both weekend days

Requirements

• Personable, intelligent, hard-working, outgoing, and energetic
• Superb phone manners and written skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are an absolute must.
• Ability to work independently and proactively on projects and responsibilities
• Ability to work remotely from home
