Customer Success Representative (Dental)

About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and selling Invivo product line and services within assigned opportunities, with a focus on renewals and upsell/cross-sell. Responsible for cultivating customer relationships and maintaining high maintenance contract renewal rate (or customer retention rate), and strong partnerships with internal sales partners.

As a Customer Success Representative (CSR), you will be teaming up with our Sales Consultants to manage a portfolio of Invivo customers. You will be responsible for coordinating ongoing customer facing activities with the Sales team and customers, making sure follow ups are occurring on schedule with the goal of ensuring customers are getting visible value from their investment. The ideal candidate is details- and results-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This position is remote but prefers candidates local to Raleigh, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain existing account base through timely annual renewals, cross selling and upselling
  • Utilize the sales process to manage and close opportunities
  • Maintain high renewal rates among existing accounts
  • Manage/Update opportunities in CRM
  • Develop and cultivate key customers and relationships through virtual meetings
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues during adoption
  • Interface with internal departments creating strong working relationships/efficiencies
  • Forecasting
  • Participate in targeted calling campaigns

Requirements

Skills and Abilities Required

  • 1-2 year’s account management, customer success or sales experience
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Proven skill with juggling multiple account management activities, while maintaining sound attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and virtual presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Experience negotiating contract renewals

Qualities We Look For

  • Marketing automation and CRM experience desired

Minimum Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Analytical, Medical and Technical subjects are pluses
  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
