About the Role

UserZoom has an exciting opportunity for you to develop your career in a fast growing, pre-IPO SAAS company. We are a user experience insights company is looking to hire a talented Demand Generation Manager (OR Demand Campaign manager) to join our Global Marketing team, to manage our lead generation marketing efforts. This demand generation expert will have a track record of creating, delivering, and executing successful programs to drive awareness and create qualified pipeline for the business.

Must be an innovative thinker and data-driven professional with experience in developing strategic campaign programs that are targeted, consistent, actionable and integrated to deliver pipeline and ACV.

We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative who isn’t afraid to roll up his or her sleeves and jump right in, taking responsibility for their program’s success and meeting deadlines.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Solutions Marketing, Sales Development and Sales.

  • Work with industry leaders, sales teams, and colleagues within the global marketing team to research, develop and execute strategic campaign plans, focused on generating pipeline in alignment with sales priorities and focus markets
  • Work with the Solutions Marketing team to create a unique campaign value proposition and content that will resonate with the different audience segments and generate engagement via a variety of channels
  • Drive demand generation tactics across the funnel. Build out the campaign framework with an effective mix of tactics to drive awareness, engagement, consider to decision
  • Collaborate across the entire team to ensure quality and timely demand generation execution, across all internal & external marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: paid search, paid social, display, email, lead generation, partner activity
  • Ensure Sales Development know the campaigns in-flight to ensure strong alignment, engagement, and ultimately high success
  • Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results, while tracking and monitoring pipeline numbers, top deals, ACV attainment, and other key data points
  • Monitor efficacy, cost, and ROI of programs presenting findings, and recommending enhancements to maximize growth potential
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns by evaluating pipeline status and health; marketing tactic and offer performance
  • Communicate effectively and manage communications to key stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment and their support

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience of B2B integrated marketing and sales programs with a results-driven approach to pipeline generation
  • Experience in both a high-volume SaaS product and sales-led environment preferred
  • Demonstrable marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (ie. paid digital, email, online and /or social media).
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing budgets, allocating & optimizing spend across tactics, and experience with forecasting results.
  • Substantial experience partnering with sales to deliver enterprise results
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills including storytelling with PowerPoint, Google docs, data crunching with Excel, use of Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
  • Language: Fluent in English (second language of Spanish or German beneficial!)
