Digital Analyst

We have seen fantastic growth of our digital channels and products over the last year which has seen recording breaking performance and there are plenty of opportunities to drive future growth which is why this role has been created. Working in a team of 3 and reporting to our Senior Trading Manager, we're looking for someone with strong commercial forecasting and analysis skills coupled with technical depth using Adobe Analytics to draw out the right data to tell the story.

How you'll make a difference

You will add value in three key areas: support the wider commercial team with sizing of current and future opportunities, analysis and reporting of our products and by channel (web/mobile and app) and analysing the outputs from our MVT programme to make recommendations about roadmap related activities and features.


What you'll bring to the table

  • Experience as a Web Analyst or Digital performance roles will be key. You may be working in agency and looking to move in house.
  • Adobe Analytics experience is key for us, however we'll also consider people with strong skills in using Google Analytics.
  • If you have MVT & optimisation experience that would be a real bonus (if not, don't worry we'll support you with this to get up to speed).
  • Regular performance updates on digital sales and marketing activity that highlight any channel risks or optimisation opportunities to senior stakeholders
  • Provide deep dive analysis on departmental performance with clear quantified recommendations for improvement
  • Support the development of departmental forecasts and trading plans across a range of commercial, player KPI’s and digital channel activity
  • Develop and enhance the suite of digital reports and dashboards that are available to regularly monitor performance for effective decision making
  • Advanced knowledge in digital reporting practices and analytical tools acting as an expert for the department
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, confident with senior management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail
  • Ability to work towards deadlines in a fast paced environment with high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
