Digital Marketing Specialist

We have grown to 500 people organically and along with the expansion of our existing accounts and referrals from happy clients. It is high time for us to build a strong Marketing department and we are looking for strong contributors in this new direction.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will drive the full spectrum of digital marketing activities including but not limited to media planning, content and SMM, SEM, SEO, paid search, web analytics. You will combine your analytical and technical abilities with communication skills to ensure that the best tools and approaches are selected to reach marketing and sales objectives.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, 3+ years in IT outsourcing
  • Strong experience in lead generation, specifically using digital marketing methods, content-driven, omni-channel. For promotion of B2B technical services (IT outsourcing or similar)
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC principles and best practices
  • Understanding and experience in handling inbound website traffic: de-anonymising visitors, tracking returning visitors, encouraging call to action for conversion of visitors into leads
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Experience in using MarTech tools (CRM, Digital Marketing, analytics)
  • Understanding and experience of using measurable KPIs and ROI metrics to optimize campaign efficiency
  • Understanding and experience in handling inbound website traffic: de-anonymising visitors, tracking return visitors, encouraging call to action for conversion of visitors into leads
  • Upper-Intermediate written English. Intermediate spoken English. Experience interacting with native speakers

Key responsibilities:

Organic web traffic (SEO)

  • Follow best practices for formatting website content, to increase search engine indexing and ranking
  • Coordinate with external SEO specialists on website optimization and content marketing
  • Evaluate inbound organic website traffic, make recommendations for content creation and optimization
  • Launch and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tools

Paid web traffic (PPC)

  • Execute advertising campaigns across multiple PPC and display ad channels (Google, Linkedin, Facebook)
  • Manage advertising through channel partners and advertising platforms
  • Analyse keyword and channel performance, recommend optimization for optimal volume, targeting, conversion rate, resulting ROI
  • Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Managers and Content Writers to optimize messaging and landing pages (including A/B testing, competition keyword updates, creative copywriting, etc.)

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Maintain company profile pages on SMM platforms (Google, Linkedin, Facebook)
  • Publish and distribute content via social media channels
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns on social media channels
  • Monitor social media platform trends, new features and opportunities on specific platforms (geographical popularity, industry segments, trending topics, groups and channels, etc.)

Media relations

  • Identify relevant media channels / platforms / publications where the company may be represented and advertised (e.g. Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.)
  • LinkBuilding: contact media partners, negotiate advertising options, establish profile pages, execute link posting, coordinate for relevant landing pages or content

Support Marketing Team on campaign execution

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the Content Writers to get necessary content for social media profiles, landing pages, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Managers to support the lead gen campaigns with PPC and Media Ads
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track traffic and individual visitor identification, with back-feed into CRM

Reporting and Analytics

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to setup integration between digital marketing and media, with the MarTech CRM system
  • Leverage data from Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and other similar tools to provide insights, and optimize promotional activities
  • Monitor spending on PPC and Display ads, Media and channel ads. Manage to fit into allocated budget, look for ways to optimize budget and ROI
  • Prepare performance reports on advertising activities and marketing campaigns
