Digital Marketing Specialist - Search

We are on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to run our Search channels and join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and executing the paid search and organic search programs for our three direct-to-consumer brands — Legacybox, Southtree and KODAK Digitizing Box. In prior roles, you've demonstrated proficiency in PPC and SEO. You are passionate about executing engaging marketing campaigns, validated by data. The impact of your work will be measured by the profitable revenue growth of our search marketing channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute paid search campaigns and analyze their performance, translating data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy
  • Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management
  • Continually monitor, revise, and optimize ad text as necessary
  • Lead SEO/SEM efforts (keywords, images, blog topics, etc) and identify areas of opportunity to ensure our websites are fully optimized, working with strategic partners and internal teams to execute plans
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to coordinate digital marketing efforts in support of overall company goals
  • Implement A/B testing and execute winning strategies across your channels
  • Understand KPIs and their implications
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Requirements

What You've Got:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SEO and SEM
  • Google AdWords and Bing Search Network experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Campaign execution and project management experience
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting trends
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace
  • E-commerce experience strongly preferred
  • YouTube advertising experience a plus

Extra Credit:

  • Experience with Shopify
  • Knowledge of YouTube advertising
  • Prior role in e-commerce field
