We're looking someone to help our CFO take control of cost-saving and growth initiatives, ultimately helping to track and improve profitability across our agency, training services and Ecommerce businesses.
Your role is to ensure financial reporting, forecasting, pricing, bookkeeping, accounts, payables and receivables are managed through our team of accountants and freelance bookkeeper.
We're after someone detail orientated but able to work in a fast-pace environment - we're not a corporate with strict process and we favour moving fast, however we do also need you to help build up processes and maintain a high level of quality for your internal and external stakeholders.
You'd report to our head of finance/finance director and take instructions from our CEO to ensure all reports are delivered in a timely manner. Knowledge of XERO is important (though training is provided) as is good working knowledge of using Google sheets and formulas to support the team in analysis and planning.
We're a Google Apps business so you should be comfortable with Google Mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets etc
We're after someone that's fairly technical and data-driven with analysis and decision making able to look at disparate data and create narratives for us to find new opportunities for growing profitability.
Preference will be given to those with experience of: Xero, Google Apps, Slack, Asana and working knowledge of online marketing KPIs and reporting.

You must be able and willing to work mainly around the US/EU timezones (regardless of where you are based) starting between 7am to 9am EST to sync with our team/clients that's mostly US and Europe so flexibility is important. Please do not apply if you're unable to work flexible, remote hours.
Having a great personality and being able to bring your team on board with your ideas is a must. You'll be self-motivated, able to communicate clearly and convey ideas to the team.
We're after someone who's good at building rapport and understands the need to good communication to work within a remote office-less team on various timezones and mixed cultures.
