We are looking for a Freelancer Recruiter to attract and recruit quality, multilingual candidates. Freelancer Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates that are having fluency in German or French, or Nordic etc. languages, communicating with applicants, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit and keeping in touch with our team to stay informed of upcoming needs.
- Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job sites and professional contacts
- Identify various sources of candidates, including international organizations at colleges, professional groups and ex-pat communities
- Run language tests to determine fluency
- Communicate regularly with our team to understand our recruiting needs
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and LinkedIn promotion tactics
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a bilingual recruiter preferred
- Mass recruitment previous experience will be considered as a plus
- Remote work from anywhere in the world
