HR Manager Associate

Our HR Managers are the guardians of the company’s mission and goals, carrying out the full cycle of HR processes from a newcomer’s first day until his/her last day with the company.

We are looking for a person to manage people data, carry out simple HR related tasks, and assist our HR Team in carrying out all company processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR administrative work
• Report on company processes
• Make documentation checks
• Compile and update contractors' records
• Tracking HR data

Requirements

Required skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management, multi-tasking
• Not afraid of various tasks, including monotonous ones
• Ability to work independently
• Intermediate English
• Good communication skills
• Solid understanding of MS Office/Google services

Desired skills

• General understanding of the IT sphere
• Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a relevant HR/administrative position
