Our HR Managers are the guardians of the company’s mission and goals, carrying out the full cycle of HR processes from a newcomer’s first day until his/her last day with the company.

We are looking for a teammate who has recently started his/her career as HR, but is already well acquainted with the specifics of IT, has understanding of the main HR processes and can navigate the company's contractors through them.


  • Conduct adaptation activities (preboarding, onboarding, regular spot-checks with newcomers, probation closure)
  • Participate in performance review meetings and assist in creation of individual development plans
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, be in touch with contractors and monitor their mood
  • Implement Company HR policies and procedures into teams and provide full support to managers and contractors on all HR issues
  • Consult managers and leads on people-related issues
  • Process termination-related actions and conduct exit interviews


Required skills

  • General understanding of the IT sphere
  • Intermediate English
  • Attention to details, high-level accuracy
  • Time management, multi-tasking

  • Ability to work independently
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Ability to listen and hear, analyse and make argumented conclusions

Desired skills

  • 1 year experience as an HR / People Partner
  • Experience of work with Google Suite tools
