Intermediate Project Manager

We invite a Project Manager to join our company and contribute to a mission-critical project. You’ll help the team achieve the client’s strategic goals, leading up to 10 specialists and improving the processes within the team while directly communicating with external clients. Qualifications and experience:

• 2,5+ years’ experience in project management
• Experience in managing project teams of at least 10 people
• Experience with various methodologies
• Customer relations, requirement, risk and change management
• Excellent soft and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver a high-quality result within a reasonably limited time
• Proven track record of successful application development deliverables
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Nice to have:

• BA/Account Management/Development experience
• Experience in managing a remote team

Key responsibilities:

• Leading, adjusting the processes, promoting development and growth within the team
• Managing clients’ quality, scope, and budget expectations
• Monitoring and improving the performance of the team, providing visibility to the client
• Maintaining close interactions with internal/external stakeholders
