Junior Business Analyst

We invite a Business Analyst to join our team and help us with the client’s and internal projects, becoming the main point of communication for product stakeholders in terms of requirements. You will work with the DomainOptions — a network of websites related to English grammar, online spellcheck, and grammar check services. We also have projects in other niches, from the business aviation industry to internal projects for company needs. You'll become a part of a small but agile team, focused on expanding the network, increasing traffic, and improving the visitors' user experience.

Qualifications and experience:

• Upper-intermediate English skills
• Solid theoretical knowledge of BA methodology and tools
• BA experience
• Excellent communication and analytic skills
• Sense of duty and business ethics
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple term

Nice to have:

• Technical background
• UI modeling experience
• Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN)

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Product Management in defining product vision and scope of prospective work
• Elicit, analyze and document software requirements
• Assist Product Management in prioritizing management of the features
• Visualize workflows of the developed solution
• Assist designers with UI and UX, maintain requirement traceability
• Manage changes requested by stakeholders
• Act as a proxy product owner, representing Product Management for the team
• Clarify requirements with the client and present them to the developers
• Deliver a presentation on the implemented solution to the customer
