Junior Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Jr. Operations Specialist who is excited about working in a start-up and will thrive in a fun, everchanging - challenging environment. Who likes working with data and improving processes. It is an entry level position with the possibility of growing in the operation team.

Responsibilities

You will be in charge of:

• Ensuring the data quality of the operational processes.
• Comparing the list of Doctors and clean up the data in order to upload the profile in our company marketplace;
• Entering data from source documents within time limits;
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for upload
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output using excel/google sheets
• Collaborating with database developers to improve data collection and storage processes;
• Managing the auto-mapping tool for matching medical services and making sure the error-margin is lower

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• Diligent and Detail oriented;
• Fast learner;
• Eye for detail;
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and forms;
• Proactive, focused, persistent;
• Analytic mind;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Excel is expected a must;
• Familiarity in Structured Query Language (SQL) will be a plus;
• Italian fluent;
• English fluent.
