Sales Impact Academy is a major new online educational institution providing a complete live-learning curriculum for B2B go-to-market teams on an annual subscriptionbasis.

The traditional higher education system has let the world of B2B down, with a complete lack of formal, structured education across the entire industry.

This major oversight has led to totally inconsistent core technical skills across every rolein go-to-market teams from leadership through to SDRs, AEs, CSMs, marketing and revenue operations.It’s causing chaos and devastation in the sector with 70-90% failure rates for B2B startups and scaleups. It also creates an impossible educational burden on enterprise companies.

Sales Impact Academy is looking to solve this major problem by bringing together the world’s best talent to teach structured, live online courses with high learning design principles and upskill 100s of millions of go-to-market professionals across the globe.

The teaching roster already features 40+ global experts including Mark Roberge former CRO of Hubspot, Elissa Fink former CMO of Tableau, Sam Nelson head of SDR at Outreach, Greg Holmes former CRO of Zoom, Sarah Brazier of Gong, top Linkedin Sales Voice Kevin Dorsey, Marylou Tyler author of Predictable Revenue and Dan Steinman, Chief Evangelist at Gainsight and author of ‘Customer Success’.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join the team early to support the VP partnership and the existing PAM’s to design what and how we create the ecosystem and activate the already long list of partners we have begun to explore.

We are at the early stage of defining our programs and building our team but we have MASSIVE plans and our whole GTM function is growing at a significant pace with Partnerships being an essential element to the mix.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create a systematic, process driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners voice internally.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships in accordance with company guidelines and policies
  • Be an Advocate for partner when issues arise and answer questions quickly
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, marketing to ensure continuity and facilitate partner success during the entire engagement lifecycle
  • Contribute to defining and refining the initiatives, methodologies, assets and programs within the partnership ecosystem


A bit about you

  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial role (Sales, Customer Success, Account management, Partnerships)
  • Experiencing building trust and developing relationships in remote environments
  • History of optimizing processes, methodologies, programs, or frameworks that improve team performance
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially in escalated circumstances
  • Proven self-starter and able to come up to speed on complex concepts with minimum assistance
  • You are a communication wizard & Ooze enthusiasm and drive.
  • Experience managing cross functional internal stakeholders and building senior level partner relationships

  • Experience with Partnerstack/PM tool
