For our Product Support department we are looking a Pre-Sales and Support consultant to become part of the UserZoom. We are looking for someone that will work closely with our Sales, Account and Support teams as a point of contact in case there’s a need for technical assessment. Someone who feels motivated to become the technical “expert in the room” and help our customers and prospects understand the different aspects of the UZ Technology they will need for end-user success.
✓ Work closely with the rest of the Support Team to become the “go-to” expert for Revenue teams on technical matters.
✓ Make initial recommendations to customers on technical solutions and route more complex issues to the Support Engineers.
✓ Provide outstanding customer service to clients ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
✓ Inform the Product team of trends, use cases, and how specific capabilities are delivering against customers’ business goals & objectives.
✓ Collaborate with account managers and researchers explaining critical issues in a clear and detailed manner.
✓ Expand and improve on customer support abilities and services.
