Our client is a product company and a major player in the Point of Sale (POS) domain. It serves more than 100,000 food service sites in the USA and has actively penetrated the European market.

About Reporting

• Reporting provides various client-oriented reports and data exports
• Aggregate data provided by the whole Global Payments product suite - POS sales, Back Office, Data Management configuration
• Allows data to be analyzed at different levels of the region down to individual stores

Key features

• Various sales reports allow the client to track takings
• Payroll reports and exports justify salaries of restaurant employees
• Inventory reports alert a restaurant when stock is required
• Various visualizations check operational productivity of the restaurant: speed of kitchen, service, sales, labour (by time), and others
• Detail reports with the ability to customize selected fields

Responsibilities

You will work side-by-side with other project managers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Managing the software development process on the project with a dataset that grows day-to-day
• Prioritizing project tasks and their distribution among team members
• Monitoring project progress and providing status updates on the project progress to all stakeholders
• Performing change and risk management to minimize project risks
• Managing project resources and their allocation
• Working with the team to motivate, maintain morale, and resolve conflicts
• Measuring project and team performance using appropriate tools
• Working with top management to constantly develop and improve project processes
• Reviewing and checking team time reports to ensure they are maintained according to company guidelines
• Initiating and approving required project-specific training for project team members; Plus other tasks

Requirements

Required skills

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in Project Management in IT
• Commercial experience in managing projects up to 7-10 FTE with a duration of 3+ months
• Strong theoretical and technical background in project management
• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements, and risk management
• Desire and aim to prevent issues rather than fixing the consequences
• Ability to maintain a project schedule and minimize team distractions
• Ability to ensure that best practices in regard to quality are applied and followed on the project
• Ability to build trusted relationships with the team: team and conflict management, team motivation, and team building
• Self-accountability
• Experience in communication with customers in software outsourcing
• Upper-intermediate English
