Recruiting Researcher

Responsibilities

Your daily activities will include researching candidates and getting in touch with them. You will have the opportunity to work with candidates for intermediate/senior positions who are proficient with different technologies (JavaScript, .NET, Python, Ruby, React, etc.). Additionally, you will be asked to work with the existing database of candidates.

Requirements

We expect you to have

• At least half-a-year's experience in IT as a researcher or other relevant position
• Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market in terms of other companies specializations and the types of specialists they employ
• Knowledge of technologies and roles in IT sphere
• Proficiency with a PC (MS Office, Google docs)
• Knowledge of different search tools, such as X-Ray/-Boolean Search
• Pre-intermediate English
• Attention to details

It’s great if you have the following

• Basic understanding of the recruitment full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities
• Attendance at courses or seminars dedicated to the HR or recruitment processes in IT
