Recruiting Researcher

Qualifications and experience:

• At least half-a-year's experience in IT as a researcher or other relevant position
• Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market in terms of other companies specializations and the types of specialists they employ
• Knowledge of technologies and roles in IT sphere
• Proficiency with a PC (MS Office, Google docs)
• Knowledge of different search tools, such as X-Ray/-Boolean Search
• Intermediate English
• Attention to details

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of the recruitment full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities
• Attendance at courses or seminars dedicated to the HR or recruitment processes in IT

Key responsibilities:

• Researching candidates and getting in touch with them
• Work with candidates for intermediate/senior positions who are proficient with different technologies (JavaScript, .NET, Python, Ruby, React, etc.)
• Work with the existing database of candidates
