Responsibilities

• Guide Medicare eligible consumers through the health insurance selection and application process
• Present potential solutions using our world class suite of insurance products
• Evaluate client needs and research to answer inquiries and make appropriate coverage recommendations

• Utilize tools and applications to complete needs assessments
• Resolve customer objections and offer additional benefits packages that provide increased coverage and cost savings
• This position is a 100% work-from-home remote role

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license and required registration
• Ambitious sales minded with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively in a sales environment
• Organizational skills and effective time management to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly access customer needs and provide sound solutions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Manage multiple systems, programs and screens simultaneously
• Effective negotiation and closing skills
