We have grown to 500 people organically and along with the expansion of our existing accounts and referrals from happy clients. It is high time for us to build a strong Marketing department and we are looking for strong contributors in this new direction.
Reporting to the company President, you will be able to establish the approach of data analysis, reporting and visibility for all sales & marketing activities. You will also take a proactive position in interpretation of the KPIs and metrics and suggest adjustments to the process to meet company objectives: from team performance to cost optimisation.
Qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years in Sales and Marketing, 3+ years in IT outsourcing
- Experience in managing and configuring IT systems (at power user and admin level, not system admin)
- Experience in use or management of Sales and Marketing automation systems (CRM such as SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in managing teams or processes is a plus (as opposed to purely individual contributor)
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing process of lead generation, measurable KPIs and ROI
- Expert written English. Upper-Intermediate spoken English

Key responsibilities:
Process and KPIs
- Maintain and improve documentation defining and describing Sales and Marketing process
- Maintain a list of KPIs used to measure the S&M process. Monitor and report actual KPIs
- Provide revenue forecasting
- Establish and prepare pipeline reports
Sales and Marketing Tools
- Setup and administer tools used by the S&M Team (CRM, web traffic analytics, email marketing, etc.)
- Setup email templates for mass mailing by marketing and ad-hoc mailing by sales, manage execution of mass email campaigns
- Configure reports and dashboards, auto-generate KPIs
- Manage permissions and access rights for all users
- Collaborate with data mining team to maintain accurate and clean data in the systems
- Manage licensing and optimize cost
Sales Compensation Policies
- Document sales compensation policy
- Document sales compensation plans for each member of the S&M team
- Calculate and report commissions and variable compensations
- Organize performance and productivity reviews for the S&M team members
Coordination with other functions
- Coordinate with Delivery on marketing support, sales support, staffing on new opportunities, CSAT issues with existing customers
- Collaboration with other functional departments in the organization on general process issues
Sales Leaders assistance
- Assist leaders of the S&M organization (CRO, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing), in general team management activities: meetings, follow up actions
- Prepare executive reports on behalf of sales leaders
- Preparation and control budgets
