This position will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. You will work with the Automation Organization to identify and execute processes that can be improved, digitized, and automated through RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Will support both technical and business users to achieve operational & project goals.

• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes
• Deploy a multi-disciplinary approach (RPA, AI tools, business analytics, etc.) to solving business challenges.
• Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail for the purpose of RPA deployment.
• Own and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Develop and maintain dashboards that communicate key insights and findings to leadership and team members.
• Perform quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
• Constantly improve monitoring, discover issues, and delivering better value to the customer
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

When will I work?

This is a full-time remote position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

How am I paid?
$55,000-$65,000 with Unlimited PTO

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Experience with agile software development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• 1-3 years’ experience with assessing, executing and documenting RPA business opportunities
• Prefer 1-2 Years of hands-on experience in developing automation tools
• Knowledge of one or more advanced cognitive automation tools (Computer Vision, NLP, ML, etc.)
• Expert knowledge in generating process documentation
• Experience with interactive data visualization techniques and tools
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance for software applications
