About the Role
We are looking for Business Development Representative’s (BDR) to join our rapidly expanding Dental sales team. The BDR’s will have the opportunity to impact the growth of our business and support our ambitious goals for 2021 and beyond. This role focuses on uncovering new business by strategic prospecting and creating qualified sales opportunities for our Insides Sales Specialists. You will be responsible for formulating an outreach plan to potential customers to learn their current pain points and promote the company’s solutions and successfully position the company’s value proposition.

This is the perfect role for someone who is driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a goal-oriented team player! BDR’s have a clear growth path with potential to become an Insides Sales Specialist. This role is remote but prefers local candidates in North Carolina.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent Anatomage; you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers
  • Become an expert on our brand, products and services
  • Identify points of contact within target companies and reach out to prospective customers via outbound calls, emails and social media
  • Build a pipeline of potential leads, and nurture relationships using CRM, Social Media platforms, other available tools
  • Make an average of xx outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling platform demos
  • Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads, own your pipeline
  • Nurture and qualify leads by probing specific need then consult with them on product fit
  • Book demos with qualified leads for your Account Executive team
  • Stay current on industry news and understand the competitive landscape
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets


Skills and Abilities Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positivity and determination; Ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" through consultative questioning and coping with rejection
  • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
  • Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks

Qualities We Look For

  • Marketing automation and CRM experience desired

Minimum Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Analytical, Medical and Technical subjects are pluses
  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
