Senior Analyst - Sales Operations

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Senior Analyst – Sales Operations is responsible for all aspects of the full range of sales automation tools utilized at Intellum. He/she will be the expert on tools such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, Databases, and LinkedIn Navigator. The primary function of this role is to ensure the sales team is equipped with efficient, effective and accurate sales systems, tools, dashboards, data insights and processes.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor, informed by data analysis, for Sales leadership
  • Partner with Sales leadership to advise and recommend key sales processes and improvements to ensure efficiency and high performance across teams that scale over time
  • Develop key metrics and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Engage with the sales team to ensure tools, training, and policies are in place to aid in meeting their objectives
  • Create and deliver analysis and reporting of all business development activities
  • Monitor and advise on sales productivity and sales measurement
  • Partner with sales leadership, finance and HR to align compensation with desired behaviors including commission tracking and management
  • Be the sales tech stack SME, act as the Salesforce and Salesloft administrator, and manage the implementation of major updates to the sales tech stack
  • Partner with the Senior Field Enablement Manager to educate the sales team on best practices for sales automation tools
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data quality issues; make recommendations to address root cause issues and to avoid issues in the future
  • Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate the quality of the sales funnel based on data analysis

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Sales and Marketing automation experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, or other sales automation tools
  • Exceptional organization and presentation, and communications skills, both verbal and written a must
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Experience using G-Suite products and MS Office
  • Excellent writing and communications skills in English

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years professional experience with 3+ years working in a sales operations function within a high growth SaaS business
  • Deep understanding of the principles and levers that drive effective sales organizations
  • Strong analytical capabilities and adept at solving complex problems with a focus on operations and accountability
  • A+ individual contributor leader who is able to formulate compelling, data driven, solutions and recommendations to deliver against objectives
  • 3+ years experience as a technical admin (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc)


Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or other business-related field
