Cookpad is one of Japan's best known tech companies, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and was already highly successful before launching globally in 2013. Acting as a partner to our senior leadership in the engineering, design, and product teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring the recruitment process runs like a dream.
You will help develop and deliver smart hiring strategies and provide realistic insights using data and analytics. You will get to know what makes a great candidate for Cookpad, and will manage the candidate pipeline effectively at all stages, presenting our vision/culture/values. You will also actively generate candidates via referrals, direct sourcing, online channels, events etc.
