We are starting work on a payroll platform for thousands of customers who understand the benefit of modern tools that automate their business processes and are tired of spending hours on manually processing payroll and HR matters. It will provide the ultimate experience for users who wish to automate their day-to-day routine in a modern, web-based application that can be customized to exactly fit their needs.

Reporting and data analytics will not be time-consuming anymore. Thanks to our superior technology and built-in electronic filing system, integration with allowed third party services is extremely easy and straightforward. Nothing is more important to us than data security.

The payroll product provides a wide range of reporting capabilities to help users manage payroll taxes and remain compliant. With the information hub, they can easily see all of the transactions for the year, from social security and health benefits to workers’ compensation and unemployment. What is there for you?

  • If you join us, you'll have the opportunity to work with distributed teams located in the US, Ukraine, and China
  • You’ll be a part of 9 scrum teams working on a product with more than 40K installations serving businesses from various domains as a secure and customizable payroll management solution
  • There is the opportunity to work with various technologies such as .NET Framework 4.7.2; .NET Core 2, 3; .NET WebForms and AngularJS; Oracle, and Azure SQL

Qualifications and experience:

  • Strong experience with C#, .NET
  • Experience with application architecture, knowledge of design patterns
  • Experience of working with distributed systems, availability, deployment
  • Strong OOP/OOD and SOLID skills
  • Good knowledge of relational DB concepts, MS SQL Server
  • Intermediate or higher English

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD (TeamCity, Docker)
  • Experience with REST API
  • Experience of working with Azure
  • Experience with Angular

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of new product features as well as the support and maintenance of existing ones
  • Reach and maintain a deep understanding of our business domain and participate in requirement grooming and planning sessions
  • Evaluate technical solutions, identify and inform on technical risks
  • Perform work decomposition and estimation together with the team
  • Follow the project SDLC and suggest improvements where applicable
  • Do pull requests; review and monitor your own as well as overall code quality
  • Support Sprint commitments and help teammates reach the Sprint goal
  • Document the technical solutions suggested and contribute to the maintenance of CI/CD practices
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues
