What You’ll Do:

Social Media Core Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing team to build and execute a top-notch social media strategy that aligns with overarching business and brand objectives
  • Manage the content calendar for all company and brand social media channels inclusive of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn, overseeing strategy, creative planning, execution and reporting.
  • Propose and project manage new content initiatives and develop creative briefs for organic social while working collaboratively with the creative team to develop storylines from ideation through campaign launch.
  • Craft, edit, publish and share engaging brand stories daily across multiple social media channels with sharp attention to detail
  • Provide detailed analysis, monitoring, tracking and reporting on performance of social channels, using tools such as Sprout Social and Google Analytics, as well as native reporting.
  • Recommend new strategies and present business cases to key stakeholders to elevate social channels according to business goals
  • Understand and predict social media trends to keep our brands relevant within the social ecosystem
  • Partner with Customer Care to respond to questions and comments with speed and judgment, while adhering to our customer care and brand voice standards and escalating issues as needed

Affiliate & Influencer Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of an inspiring and results-driven influencer program that powerfully articulates and amplifies our brand
  • Manage all influencer content, ensuring usage rights and contracts are up to date and easily accessible by internal team members
  • Develop relationships with key influencers and content creators, leveraging strong partnerships to drive results through strategic initiatives and campaigns
  • Responsible for overall management and growth of the affiliate program; review incoming proposals and make recommendations for partnerships
  • Lead agency partner to develop content marketing and promotional plans, including new customer acquisition and seasonal events, to drive revenue growth
  • Evaluate and recruit new partners such as content publishers and influencer networks to integrate into the existing affiliate program
  • Analyze sales performance and trends; recommend appropriate changes in strategy, pricing, and promotions to achieve revenue and expense objectives
  • Manage affiliate channel budget and revenue through reporting dashboard


What You’ve Got:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a social media management role
  • Knowledge of social media channels, strategy, and content creation
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with social media publishing and reporting tools (i.e. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, Planoly, etc)
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • BS/BA in creative writing, marketing, journalism, mass communications, or related field

Extra Credit:

  • Google Analytics experience
  • Photography/videography skills
  • Photo/video editing skills and/or experience with Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Lightroom)
  • Prior role in e-commerce
