Solution Architect

The Solution Architect is a pivotal member of the Professional Services team, supporting the deployment of our platform for both new and existing customers. This person will work with Professional services, Sales, and Product Engineering to scope and validate implementation solutions for new customers. They will also work with Professional Services and Customer Success to provide technical solutions for new and existing customers. Success in this role will rely on a combination of expertise on the Intellum platform and with the Methodology, strong discovery, technical proficiency, confidence working with customers, and a healthy obsession for quality and timely successful delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Intellum platform, architecture, and integrations to meet customer needs
  • Facilitate discovery and requirements analysis sessions with customers
  • Vette implementation proposals from Sales
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and provide expertise for 3rd party solutions, integrations and API usage
  • Participate in technical aspects of customer implementation. Examples include, but are not limited to creating customizations and integration points as well as assisting the Implementation team with other technical items such as SSO, custom domain setup, custom reporting, and bulk data integration
  • Work with our Project Management, Engineering and Support team to resolve issues that occur during implementations
  • Effectively communicate technical matters related to implementation to customers and internal partners
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to resolve current customer issues and/or customizations
  • Based on expert knowledge of the platform, provide strategy on how best to utilize the platform to support customers’ business and learning objectives
  • Leverage the Intellum Methodology for helping customers adopt and extract value from Intellum products
  • Partner with Training and Documentation teams to monitor and improve assets
  • Accurately record task and project progress, including time recording

Requirements

Required Skills

  • 2+ years demonstrated experience with strong technical aptitude and skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct in a remote workforce environment
  • LMS, CMS, and/or CRM experience preferred
  • SaaS software experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude
  • Customer facing experience is a plus

Metrics

  • Successful implementation of all customizations or integrations for customers in a timely manner
  • Successful risk management and mitigation
  • Implementation customer rating


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
