To help us build upon our success, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, who will participate in the acquisition and retention of customers by utilizing insightful command of our best-in-class Visual AI technology combined with expertise in Cloud architecture to design novel, innovative solutions for our enterprise customers. The candidate shall have a proven track record as a pre-sales professional and be capable of coordinating highly technical conversations among customers and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on and frontline leadership role, where you will provide technical pre-sales support to our strategic account executives, and lead the technical relationship with our key enterprise clients. You will be afforded the opportunity to work with a wide variety of global customers across a diverse range of retail and consumer sectors and be equally at home delivering technical demos and solutions in front of an executive team.

As a senior member of the Global Solutions Team, you will be a key player in the ongoing development of our team practices. This includes mentoring, supporting the training and learning capabilities of the Solutions team. You will also be considered a subject-matter expert for the Product group and come with a deep understanding of competitive situations.

This role will report to the Global Head of Solutions and will work in close conjunction with multiple stakeholders across functional, product, and technical teams within the business. This is a remote position. However, Western US or Western EU location is preferable for logistical reasons.


  • Lead and drive technical solutions and operational aspects of the ViSenze’s sales cycle, which includes but is not limited to discovery, proposal, value-based demos, ROI analysis, etc and staying current on new product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV;
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects and responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Participate in the end-to-end project delivery process, including engagement with end-users to explore new solutions and conceptualize product offerings to enterprise clients, working in close conjunction with Singapore-based Engineering and R&D teams to ensure implementation success
  • Be responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations on data protection, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.;
  • Work across with Enterprise Sales and Solution Engineers to communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment;
  • Act as the subject matter expert at Executive briefings / Marketing events with partners and clients
  • Provide a positive consensus on the technical product selection process across ViSenze’s key competitive markets achieving organic growth
  • Manage and drive pre-sales technical dialogue with enterprise sales teams and customers, ranging from proposed, integration approach, attending on-site meetings, and developing presentation materials
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners; which includes educating end-users on best practices by conducting training, workshops, etc.


  • Minimum 8 years of substantial experience in solution, pre-sales consultant, or client-facing role in an Enterprise software or B2B SaaS companies
  • Ability to research and use available data to generate insights that help position ViSenze as a strategic solution to our prospects and customers
  • Strategic thinker who loves to engage customers to understand the real drivers behind buying decisions and incorporate learning into design proposals and deal structures that address those drivers to achieve successful outcomes for ViSenze and customers
  • An abstract thinker with the ability to recognize patterns, trends, and tendencies across many conversations and crystalize novel solutions or provide key insights to Product Managers
  • Strength in defining a narrative/story that engages people
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior executives and managers in the Retail and E-commerce sectors, as evidenced by your extensive network of target customers and solution providers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and translate business needs and position complex technology solutions that meet those needs in a manner that is simple and easy to understand
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships and extend influence across ViSenze at all levels of management
  • A love for working in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment with an ability to adapt to new market conditions and new product capabilities in a manner that is appropriate to customer needs
  • Be a vocal and influential contributor to the Global Enterprise Sales Organization and help to define and grow adoption of best practices that can help us position for growth and success
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Passionate about SaaS, great products, startups, and innovation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
