About the job:

You, as our Strategic Account Executive (SAE), will be responsible for growing our footprint and the value we bring to our highest potential customers.

You’ll be involved in every aspect of sales: both customer expansion and retention. Our dedicated account team will join up with you as you direct and execute strategic account plans for current customers.

To win in this role, you will expand new business within a focused group of accounts and grow/retain the book of business.

You can be based anywhere in the States and you should be happy traveling ~ 30%

Who will you be working with? You’ll report to the VP of Strategic Accounts and you’ll have exposure to the C-Suite and Senior Managers across the business, as well as a wide stakeholder group in a number of other teams.


Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A high performer: You’ll be a proven, successful enterprise SaaS sales person who has exceeded targets and goals again and again.
  • Account Management & new business development experience: experience expanding, growing and retaining key accounts.
  • Research selling experience: have sold research software, professional services, and consulting in previous roles and have some research domain experience
  • A growth mindset: You’ll want to learn from others, share your learnings and celebrate individual and team successes
  • Experience of strategic consultative selling into UX, Insights, Digital/Online Marketing, and Product teams
  • You’ll be both a creative and strategic problem-solver as well as a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of working alongside account teams to include AM/CSM, SDR/BDR, research partner/solutions consultant and account based marketing
  • Experience delivering strong business cases, QBR/EBRs, creating strategic account plans, and success plans with key customers
