Talent Aquisition Manager

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager who will help lead recruitment efforts across the organization. This is a vital role within the company as we continue to scale. We expect this person to help streamline processes, develop relationships, and own the recruitment function as we enter a period of rapid growth within the organization. The ideal person for our team is someone who is highly organized, innovative, can ramp up quickly, and is able to balance being a recruiter while owning the other areas of the talent acquisition process.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will join RxVantage and help us as we transform how medical practices engage with life science resources and expertise to improve patient care. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop a branded candidate experience representative of the organization’s culture
  • Act as the organization’s recruiter by helping develop job descriptions, post roles, source, screen, and coordinate the interview process
  • Ensure DEI is a critical part of recruitment efforts
  • Establish key performance metrics for the TA function, with the goal of creating an extraordinary high-performing TA relationship with internal resources and external agencies
  • Own partnerships with external recruiters and internal resources - negotiate and streamline contracts and fees when necessary
  • Track the hiring plans of all open reqs across the organization, create and maintain priorities
  • Ensure staffing plans are tightly aligned with business priorities
  • Work with VP, People to understand organizational focus / priorities in an effort to make recommendations to hiring managers on req prioritization
  • Develop & administer hiring manager training
  • Create recruitment playbook, including interviewing methodologies, strategies, and scorecards
  • Help negotiate offers and ensure proper benchmarking
  • Ensure multi-state and international compliance in regards to the recruitment function


  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced, high volume roles
  • Experience within LinkedIn Recruitment and acting as the administrator of an ATS required
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Workable, implementing a new ATS, and/or have worked within the medical technology or SaaS company in the past
  • Proven track record of creating robust talent acquisition programs from scratch
  • Knowledgeable of multi-state and international recruitment compliance laws and regulations
  • Excellent sourcing skills within multiple lines of business - sales, enterprise, marketing, and engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative
  • Ability to build strong, productive relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to hack together innovative tech solutions
  • Must have strong executive presence and able to speak to all level within the organization
