Profile Overview:

Role: We are looking for Technical Business Analyst in techno/functional role. Someone who can Interact with business and translate business requirement to technical requirement for the development team

Domain: Measurement/KPI of Customer experience / Customer Success (Definitely plus)

Project Management Methodology: Agile

Work Expectation: Work with Business stakeholders in Palo Alto and give overlap to development team in India for requirement/stories clarification and technical guidance

Technology: Full Stack (Java / Angular)

Requirements

Required Experience/Skills

  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
  • Good presentation skills – preparing and delivering presentations to senior executives
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English required)
  • Project planning and delivery experience
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
