About jerry.ai:

Jerry.ai is building the first financial platform for your car that helps people optimize the cost and experience of owning a car (making ownership easy & affordable). There are 240M cars in the US alone. For most people, cars are one of the most expensive assets they own and families on average spend 20% of their income on car expenses, making this a massive market.

We have started with helping people optimize the cost of car insurance and our vision is to help people in every aspect of car ownership. Since our product launch, we have been growing really fast for the past 18 months and our users love the product (rating 4.5 in the app store). Jerry.ai is founded by serial entrepreneurs who previously built and scaled YourMechanic (“Uber for car repair,” the nation’s largest on-demand car repair company). We have raised over $50M+ in financing.

About This Role:

You will be working closely with the Founder/COO and the rest of the product and engineering team to define and build the Jerry.ai product. This is a high-impact role, your work helps millions of US consumers to get the best insurance shopping expereinces.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for the development of our backend systems
• Analyze performance data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
• Own end-to-end product and project execution in collaboration with the engineering manager
• Drive project deliverables against deadlines; continuously assess and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the business
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues; enable team to meet anticipated challenges
• Track and report progress to internal stakeholders
• Build enthusiasm and positive energy on the development team through clear communication, positive feedback, and celebrating successes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of product management experience in web or mobile development
• Demonstrated success in creative problem-solving
• Goal oriented and competitive. You like to set stretch goals and track progress to achieve them.
• Data driven. You like to analyze data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Experience using project tracking software
• Proficiency in written and verbal English is ideal
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline is considered an asset
