Title Production Coordinator - Remote

The role of the Title Production Coordinator is to ensure all search product orders are properly routed, accurately reviewed, and returned to the Client timely. This Client facing position requires attention to detail, broad real estate knowledge, and excellent time management skills.

When will I work?

This is a full-time remote position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6p.m Eastern Time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

What will I do?

  • Review all TSR/O&E orders submitted to verify accuracy of information provided.
  • Responsible for assignment of orders to the proper examiners and/or outsource vendors.
  • Conduct reports daily to verify orders are being performed and returned to agents/clients timely.
  • Direct contact for all examiners, underwriters and agents/clients via email and phone.
  • Work within multiple Title Production platforms.
  • Prepare and ensure quality control on all Commitments/O&Es.
  • Assist other members of Search Department, as needed.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Real Estate title experience, required
  • Experience working in various title platforms, preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor’s degree, plus
  • Dependable High-Speed Internet and a distraction-free work area.
  • Computer with Windows 10 Operating System & at least 8GB RAM & Firewall Protection.
  • Two monitors (or laptop and an additional monitor).
  • Basic computer peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset with mic & webcam


How am I paid?

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00-$19.00hr
