Everything we do at coUrbanize revolves around a singular mission – improving the real estate development process so our customers can build better neighborhoods.

We started by solving one of the biggest challenges that real estate and planning teams face today, community engagement. coUrbanize gives people a way to share their feedback without going to a public meeting and in their native language – by posting a comment online, texting their feedback, or leaving comments via voicemail.

coUrbanize was built to give historically-underrepresented people the access needed to influence the future of their communities. We want to build a team as diverse as the communities that use our platform. We encourage people who don’t fit the stereotypical startup employee mold to apply because we want people with different identities and life experiences to work here. We’re 100% remote right now and encourage people to apply who are outside the Boston area where we are ‘headquartered.’
